8 glasses of water… really?

1:37 pm

Most people have probably heard that you should drink 8 glasses of water per day, but is that really true? Many health experts say no. They say that most Americans are well hydrated, mostly because there’s a good amount of water in food, and that water in coffee and soft drinks can actually help our bodies. (See the articles from Dartmouth Medical School, CBC News, and an LA Times writer.)

Personally, I feel better if I try to drink more water (and less pop). What do you think?

Hello there, so, for my research paper, I have to write about why Nelson mendela is a hero. But for the second paragraph, I have to write a of a criticism of why he can be considered NOT heroic, and then make that flaw seem like its not that bad. So, I was thinking about whether I should write about his relations and problem with his third wife. Any other better ideas? .
